The Vega Collegiate Academy Board is comprised of seven to thirteen volunteer Board members. 
Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Monday of every month.
Due to current CDC guidelines, currently, all Vega Collegiate Academy Board meetings are held virtually, via zoom.

Meeting Agendas
Meeting agendas are posted at the link below at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting and are available by request in person at the school. Changes to the date/time/location of Board meetings are posted at least 24 hours in advance. Copies of agendas and/or Board meeting minutes may be requested in person at the school. 
Public/Community Attendance
The community/public is welcome to attend all board meetings. Public comment to the Board of Directors will be taken via email to Keith Shaffer at [email protected]. Individuals wishing to address the Board of Directors for public comments are asked to sign up by emailing Keith Shaffer at [email protected] by 4:30 pm the Friday prior to the scheduled Monday meeting. All public comments are limited to 3 minutes.
