The Vega Collegiate Academy Board is comprised of seven to thirteen volunteer Board members. 
 
Vega Collegiate Academy Board Meetings are held virtually, or when indicated, in-person at 1400 Yosemite St. Aurora, CO 80220.

Meeting Agendas
 
Meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting and are available by request in person at the school. Changes to the date/time/location of Board meetings are posted at least 24 hours in advance. Copies of agendas and/or Board meeting minutes may be requested in person at the school. 
Public/Community Attendance
 
The community/public is welcome to attend all board meetings. Public comment to the Board of Directors will be taken via email to Keith Shaffer at [email protected] or via zoom/in-person during a regularly scheduled board meeting. For planning purposes, individuals wishing to address the Board of Directors for public comments are asked to sign up by emailing Keith Shaffer at [email protected] by 4:30 pm the Friday prior to the scheduled Monday meeting. All individual public comments are limited to 3 minutes. Total public comment is limited to 15 minutes.
